The conference brought together international delegations to discuss property assessment and valuation issues affecting commonwealth countries. Axilogic met with delegations from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Fiji, to discuss our commercialization agreement with Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) and the Valuation as a Service (VaaS) ecosystem. Axilogic’s President Michael Chettleburgh and MPAC’s President – Business Development Antoni Wisniowski also provided a keynote presentation to the full assembly, describing how VaaS transformed property valuation in Canada.

The conference was opened by Fiji President Major-General (Ret’d) Jioji Konrote. In his opening remarks, President Konrote reiterated the important role played by valuation professionals, saying “Your roles as valuers are crucial components in the larger land management machinery and this conference sets the platform for conducive discussions focussing on shaping the valuation profession for the future of all Commonwealth nations.”

Axilogic expects that their participation at CHOVA will lead to client engagements and more in-depth discussions with commonwealth countries.
